I made a fake documentary video in which we traveled from northern California to southern California asking the question “What are the two most important decisions a person will make in their lifetime?” The video was about 45 minutes of genuine response gathering, hilarious banter, The Black Hummer of Death, The BM Truck Express Vehicle, and many more hilarious scenes. I held an event in which all of our local friends would gather to watch our “documentary” but they all knew I was going to propose. She showed up after with my mom after a girls shopping extravaganza and watched the film. At the end of the film, my buddy begins to prod me about my relationship with her and when we plan to get married. I very awkwardly change the subject to request some Lifehouse music and the song, “You and Me” begins to play to a montage of video and pictures of my now wife and I enjoying life together. Needless to say that when she was completely shocked that entire video was intended for this very moment. She had trouble speaking and started crying when I asked her to marry me. And now I have a movie called “Mello Gameo” which in Greek means to propose marriage.
