You know he is the one, you know you are ready, why is he not asking? It is one of the hardest questions to figure out; how to get him to propose.
First - Keep your composure and remember that men don’t liked to be pressured into anything, at the same time remain confident and make him remember why he feel in love with you in the first place. Don’t make him feel that he has to propose to you to keep you happy, you want him to propose to you because he wants to propose.
Second - Talk about future plans of buying a house together or taking a dream vacation together; anything that involves the two of you planning future events together, this will encourage him to be thinking about the future which should include a marriage proposal.
Third - Show him how excited weddings make you; if you will be attending a friends wedding in the future bring it up casually over dinner and express how happy the bride-to-be must be feeling. Or, a mutual friend that already is married and everything is going so well for them.
Be sure to not be extremely direct and give away that you want him to propose, just give little hints to get him thinking about proposing. He will take care of the rest.
