My boyfriend had the day off but I still had to work. Later on that day I asked my boss if I could go home a couple hours early since it was slow, he said yes. So I phoned my boyfriend to see what he wanted to do for the rest of the day. When he answered the phone he said he was at Tim Hortons which was in a nearby town an hour away. I was a little upset because he wouldn’t be home for a couple of hours but he said he would bring me my favorite donut to make me feel better. When he got to my place he gave me my donut and I took a bite out of it and was disgusted when I bit into something hard. When I pulled out the thing I had bitten it was a diamond ring! My boyfriend got down on one knee and asked me to marry him while I was sucking the cream off my beautiful ring. I said yes and 6 months later we were married. We are still happy together today.
