I was invited to go on a family vacation with my girlfriend’s family to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. At this point we had been dating for about a year. It was during the trip I asked her father for her hand in marriage. During the course of our conversation he mentioned it was her dream to be proposed to in front of Cinderella’s castle. Lucky for me that was where we would find ourselves the next day. It was around 4 in the afternoon when I we walked up to the walkway which led through the castle. I took her to the railing which overlooked the entrance to the park and dropped on one knee asking her to marry me. She said yes and we were married this past August.
